I had the beef bomber sandwich. The meat was soft and flavorful❗ The quantity was very large and came with a choice of sides. The bartender was very personable and attentive❗ Parking was plentiful, restrooms were clean. The price of the food and beer are reasonable. I had the Colonel Hopkins Vermont 32 IPA, which had the fruitiest hop scent out of all the IPA's I've ever tried! I asked the bartender where I was sitting, just out of curiosity what the alc/vol content was? I was NOT expecting her to go out of her way and bring it up on her tablet and gave it to me to read up on the beer. That was impressive and unexpected for anyone to care so much. SIMPLY OUTSTANDING SERVICE❗ This is a GO TO restaurant / pub without a doubt❗👍
Popular, warm, neighborhood pub. Staff is so welcoming and friendly, everyone feels like an old friend here. It’s nice for families, couples, and groups. Extensive beers on tap and full bar with skilled bartenders. Good pub food with rotating specials. While I generally have simple tastes in adult beverages, the bar staff has demonstrated skill mixing more complicated cocktails, and depth of knowledge regarding the multitude of whiskeys and craft beers on offer.
Aimee, Was such a Treat for two travelers from Lancaster, We Loved everything about this place, I’m a chef and not one thing was out of place Here, everything was so delicious, if you’re like us and on the Erie Canal Adventures boats and have one place to stop, choose Here! You have to ask for Aimee the server / Owner, she will make your visit so special, She did ours with the very best recommendations, The Buffalo chicken salad was spectacular, The Cheese sauce (mornay) was unbelievable, the tots were the best bargain for what seemed like the hundreds you got! Ask for them with the cheese sauce you can’t go wrong! The wings looked like Turkey legs, the Burgers appeared perfectly seared, large sizes all around, This will be one of those places that we won’t soon forget and will measure every other pub style Faire by, They set the bar unbelievably high, Such a Gorgeous memory of this place will always remain in my Heart because of the kind Service, phenomenal food, and awesome atmosphere out on the patio, Loved it! What do you look for in a restaurant? Consistency. Donnelly's nails it every time. My go-to is Build Your Own Burger (don't forget the meat sauce). Chicken wings? Heck yes. With football season here, every sunday that has an afternoon game, they got 10 for 10 special - dine in only. They kill it with the salads too. Had a 10k race - i'm typically a creature of habit. But i decided to go crazy, and order a salad instead of my burger. The Taco salad - probably in my top 3. The service - amazing. Outside seating always available.
Really great spot for drinks and food, right near the canal. Excellent staff and very generous and welcoming owners. Menu has lots of choices and good specials also. Love it there.
Best pub in the area. Food is absolutely amazing and fresh. Beer selection is top notch and the team working there know their beer. Traveling for work and have never had a group make me feel more welcome. Wings are killer and fish fry is worth going for.
The appetizers were great!👍 I really Loved the pretzel and it tastes great with a side of cheese if you don’t like the mustard. I also had mushrooms sandwich with fries and it was perfectly cooked and crispy fries. 🍟 Definitely will be back. The server was so polite and on the ball with everything. Great Food and beer spot.
The food is fantastic. Love the vibe and the bartender, John is truly a professional bartender. He's in a whole different League. You got to check this place out if you haven't already.
Can't go wrong with a quaint little Irish pub! Food was fantastic. Had a business meeting. The server was a perfect combination of being attentive, sweet, and giving us our space to have our discussion. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in Fairport!
What a fun little bar near the canal. The menu is heavy with handheld treats. I opted for the chicken wings and they were great. Nice and plump with a tangy buffalo parmesan sauce.
